Sales/Account Management 

Job Description

 

This is a position for an independent contractor who will work from a remote office. 

The duties include:

  • Calling new business leads
  • Coordinate sales development activities, including updating database
  • Research business/sales opportunities
  • Attend meetings, which may include sales, client, or association meetings 
  • Maintain leads log and ensure leads are passed to sellers
  • Maintain and post/distribute sales reports
  • Maintain and coordinate materials for sales teams as needed
    Establish relationships with clients and leads
  • Process all necessary paperwork for establishing new business
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power Point, and CRM software
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to make numerous direct business contacts on an ongoing basis.
  • Patient and nurturing personality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of professionals, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success working with a team.
  • Creative problem solving to meet client needs.
  • Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Represent the company professionally
  • Set goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
